Did You Know? The Lewis and Clark expedition was a
U.S. military expedition.
May 12 - 13, 2012 from 10 am - 4 pm.
Camp River Dubois "Point of Departure" at
Lewis and Clark State Historic Site in Hartford, IL.
Come and enjoy a glimpse of life while the Lewis
and Clark Expedition get ready for their departure. History will come alive as
you see costumed re-enactors and demonstrators. You’ll be able to see military
